DESCRIPTION:

This position provides contract support to the Petroleum Restoration Program in the Non-ATC Contracts section and will assist Contract Managers and the Team Leader with tracking, monitoring, and reporting metrics for the contracts managed by the section and preparation and reconciliation of annual Task Assignments.

Employee will assist with the data reporting needs of the section. Employee will utilize the Storage Tank Monitoring Contamination Monitoring (STCM), MyFloridaMarketplace, Oculus, excel and other databases to track metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports. Employee will assist with other section data requests/projections.

Assist Contract Managers preparing annual task assignments. Work with Contract Managers to compile and review for accuracy annual task assignment data received from Contractor and develop and draft task assignments.

Assist Contract Managers in performing invoice reconciliation and in preparing the annual Local Program Invoice Reconciliation spreadsheet with annual local program task assignment amounts for each local program and breakdown of monthly baseline amounts, monthly retainage amounts, amounts eligible for release and payment for sites with varying levels of efforts. Reconciliation of previous year local program task assignment invoice review; verifying sites that were worked on, levels of effort for the sites and payments made to the local programs.

Assist Team Leader with special projects and performs other duties as necessary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution

Knowledge of office policies and procedures

Strong organizational skills

Skill in using personal computers for data analysis.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of professionals.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to plan and organize a complex workload.

Ability to format letters and forms in accordance with current guidance and regulations

Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree from an accredited college or university.

Minimum 5 years of related professional experience.

Valid driver’s license.
